How It Works

The upcoming Pause Pal batch will take place over the course of 4 weeks. Pairs of pals will be matched based on their preferences as specified in the form. During the four weeks, each pair of pals will meet according to the frequency and length of the meditation sessions they committed to. If you're interested, please sign up no later than September 9th, 2024!

This program is for anyone who would like to cultivate a regular meditation practice while also supporting another person in doing the same.

There is a one-time fee of $10. If you cannot afford this, please do not hesitate to email Aditya at adityaaswani1 (at) gmail (dot) com. We can work something out! Also, if you give the program a try and you are not satisfied with the experience, you are guaranteed a refund.

It's up to you! During this month-long batch, you can commit to meditate as little as once a week or daily! Furthermore, you can meditate as little as five minutes each session or 30+ minutes!

Whatever kind you and your pal decide! You both can also do different types of meditation during the same session.
